Subcontractors.
We value trade partners who do good work, keep their commitments, and share our standards for craftsmanship, communication, and respect on the jobsite.

How to Become a Stanton Trade Partner.
Stanton performs much of its construction and finish work directly, while partnering with specialist firms for work that requires particular expertise, equipment, or licensing. These relationships include plumbing, electrical, mechanical, glazing, floor refinishing, testing and abatement, and AV and security systems.
We look for partners who can deliver the agreed scope to the expected standard and within the coordinated schedule. That means having the people and resources to support the work, communicating early when something needs attention, and treating our clients, their homes, and building staff with respect.
Strong trade relationships are built through repeat performance. We want to work with dependable firms we can continue bringing into Stanton projects when the right opportunities arise.

How We Work
We expect reliable attendance, careful workmanship, and honest coordination from our trade partners. In return, we provide clear expectations, respect reasonable pricing, honor agreed payment terms, and work to create relationships where both teams can plan the work and follow through.
